Job summary

Grepcor Diamonde, Inc is seeking a Clinical Application Support Specialist to bridge laboratory science and clinical technology. You will provide real-time support for LIS and clinical software, coordinate with IT and vendors, and assist with installations, configurations, and upgrades.

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology with active PRC license.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist or in a similar Clinical Application Support role.
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and related clinical software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Confident in conducting training and interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledgeable in laboratory workflows, data accuracy, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for laboratory information systems and clinical software
• Ensure timely resolution of system issues and coordinate with IT or vendor teams when needed
• Support system installations, configurations, and upgrades in coordination with internal teams
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for medical technologists and clinical end-users
• Develop and maintain easy-to-follow user guides, training decks, and learning materials
• Serve as a go-to resource for best practices in using clinical applications efficiently
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of laboratory information systems
• Implement quality control checks, report discrepancies, and recommend system improvements
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and healthcare regulations
