Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology.
• Must be a Licensed/Registered Medical Technologist (PRC).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in clinical laboratory work is an advantage.
• Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcomed for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through proper calibration and quality control.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Prepare and analyze specimens following standard protocols.
• Document and report findings clearly and accurately to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Uphold laboratory safety procedures and infection control standards.
• Maintain compliance with DOH, PRC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Hold a current and valid PRC Medical Technologist licensed registration.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory audits.
