The role involves real-time LIS and clinical software support, system installations, user training, and ongoing quality checks, with a focus on data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within a trusted healthcare company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology with active PRC license.
At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist or in a CAS role.
Proficiency in LIS and related clinical software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Confident in conducting training and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for LIS and clinical software.
Coordinate with IT or vendor teams to resolve issues.
Support system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for medical technologists and clinical end-users.
Develop and maintain easy-to-follow user guides, training decks, and learning materials.
Serve as a go-to resource for best practices in using clinical applications efficiently.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of LIS.
Implement quality control checks, report discrepancies, and recommend system improvements.

Key responsibilities

Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for laboratory information systems and clinical software
Ensure timely resolution of system issues and coordinate with IT or vendor teams when needed
Support system installations, configurations, and upgrades in coordination with internal teams
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for medical technologists and clinical end-users
Develop and maintain easy-to-follow user guides, training decks, and learning materials
Serve as a go-to resource for best practices in using clinical applications efficiently

About you
