Job summary

Mindray in the Philippines seeks an Application & Training Specialist to analyze local application cases and escalate where needed, delivering comprehensive solutions. You will train distributors and end users, ensuring qualified services and strong collaborations with local teams to support Mindray applications.

You will also develop training materials, assess distributor service capabilities, build relationships with doctors and KOLs, and contribute to ongoing education events within Mindray’s

Responsibilities

• To analyze the local application cases raised from distributors or end users to provide the integral solution, and escalate to regional support if necessary.
• Provide the training program to local distributors, evaluate their application service ability and ensure distributors should provide qualified services to end users.
• Provide the professional application services to local KOL customers, establish the good relationship with doctors and increase the satisfaction of Mindray product and academic services.
• Regularly refresh and follow up the pending application problems and requirement from users and align with local internal and external team.
• Self-develop the training material and provide the qualified training program to distributors and end users as a trainer, and help department to develop internal trainers for the further education events.
