Job summary

Sagility is hiring an MIS Analyst - Clinical Operations in Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and delivering data-driven reports to support decisions within the clinical operations pillar.

You will design reporting solutions, validate data, and present insights to stakeholders to drive efficiency and growth. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s with 2 years of related experience, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred or Associate's degree with 2 years of similar experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and preparing reports to support data-driven decision-making within the clinical pillar team.
• Design and develop comprehensive reporting solutions that meet business needs.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and meaningful reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide valuable insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data by conducting data validation and quality checks.
• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports using charts and graphs.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders clearly.
• Continuously monitor and improve the reporting process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in reporting and analytics.
