TASQ is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Leader to streamline daily workflows at its onsite Lapu-Lapu City facility. The role drives performance, quality, and staff development in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives, analyze data to preempt issues, and coach a diverse team to excellence. A hands-on leader with strong communication and execution skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced service or healthcare (clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
• Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills
• Agile, systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges
• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings

Schedule:Clinic operates 7 days a week (Day off schedules - Rotational)

• Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
• Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
