Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) | Must be amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)

Get 14th- and 15th-month pay on top of the salary.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
• Analyze data, anticipate problems, and implement solutions fast.
• Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
