• Identify opportunities to expand revenue sources and ancillary services while reducing expenses.

This position bridges the gap between frontline clinical staff, medical leadership, and executive administration to ensure operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and exceptional patient experience.

• Supervise and maintain the daily operations of clinic and looks into issues affecting clinic productivity and effectiveness.
• Support and implement policies and procedures in conjunction with staff and doctors that are based on clinic policies and guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory training and compliance, and customer/patient service needs are met
• Identifies opportunities to expand revenue sources and ancillary services and reduce expenses
