Job summary

The Aivee Group in Taguig is seeking a hands-on Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure smooth workflow, and address patient and staff concerns. You will review medical records, assist doctors during consultations and laser procedures, close patient engagements, and support clinic managers with strategic instructions.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, have 3–5 years in a managerial or clinical environment, and demonstrate leadership, English proficiency, and strong

• 3–5 years experience in a managerial or clinical environment.
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations and ensures smooth flow.
• Manages daily patient and staff concerns.
• Directs patient flow, coordinating with staff and doctors.
• Reviews medical records to ensure accurate patient information.
• Assists doctors during consultations and laser procedures when needed.
• Closes patient engagements and ensures satisfactory service.
• Supports clinic managers with instructions and follow-up actions.

• Assisting doctors consultation and laser procedures when needed
• Closing deals with the patient
• Assisting clinic managers for any instructions

QUALIFICATIONS
