Job summary

RelianceUnited is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, staff engagement, and compliance across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will liaise with site medical personnel, ensure policy alignment, and support reporting and program initiatives to meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a nursing license with at least one year in occupational health or administrative roles, and adapt to a flexible work schedule while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Professional nursing license required (board/bar license or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in occupational health, business operations, and/or administrative role.
• Ability to thrive under a flexible work schedule environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff engagement.
• Coordinate with site medical personnel on client requirements and policy updates.
• Monitor staff compliance with service standards and policies.
• Coordinate with CMT regarding client escalations on staffing and operations.
• Endorsement and monitoring of Nurses and MDs for deployment.
• Monitor OSH compliance and submission of reports to client POC.
• Organize/identify health programs based on client illness/incidence reports.
• Collaborate with client teams on training initiatives.
