Job summary

• College Graduate of any Allied Profession.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical / business operation role.
• At least 3 years years of supervisory role.
• OH Training Certificate
• With Active PH License

Responsibilities

• Monitors staff compliance with ActiveOne standards and policies.
• Maintains records of staff attendance and performance.
• Approves leaves and overtime.
• Coordinates with site medical personnel on client requirements and policy updates.
• Leads training to achieve excellence pillars and client SLA targets.
• Manages daily clinic account operations and budget adherence.
• Oversees OSH compliance and safety reporting.
