Job summary

International Care Ministries seeks a licensed RN to support primary healthcare through the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta. The nurse will assist physicians, manage patient care, and perform clinical procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy.

Required PRC license, PDR, PC, renewal proof, and BLS/Primary Care Worker certifications; experience in primary care or community health is preferred. Willingness to work in underserved areas is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with valid PRC license.
• Provider Data Record (PDR) duly accomplished.
• Performance Commitment (PC) duly signed.
• Updated PRC license or renewal proof.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PhilHealth Konsulta program and data privacy laws.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities.
• Certifications: Primary Care Worker, NTP Training, and Basic Life Support (BLS).

The Nurse plays a critical role in delivering primary healthcare services under the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta Program. This includes assisting physicians, managing patient care, performing clinical procedures, ensuring compliance with PhilHealth Konsulta guidelines and other regulatory requirements, including ICM Manila Inc. policies, upholding data privacy and medical information confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.
