Job summary

ICMMI Clinic in Negros Oriental is seeking a Midwife/Support Staff to assist nurses and physicians during clinic and outreach missions. You will educate the community about the Konsulta Program and help with patient registration.

The position emphasizes serving underserved communities, collaborating with healthcare teams, and upholding data privacy and basic primary care standards, with preferred BLS and Primary Care Worker certifications.

Qualifications

• Preferably licensed Nurse (RN) or Midwife (RM) with a valid PRC license
• Provider Data Record (PDR) – duly accomplished
• Performance Commitment (PC) – duly signed
• Updated PRC License or proof of renewal
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health nursing (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PhilHealth Konsulta Program, data privacy laws, and basic primary care services
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities
• With Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) registered in the applicable region or city
• Preferably with Strong Christian values
• Required Certifications: Primary Care Worker, NTP Training, and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
