Job summary

International Care Ministries seeks a licensed Nurse (RN) to support the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta initiatives. The nurse will assist physicians, manage patient care, and perform clinical procedures while upholding data privacy and adhering to ICM Manila Inc. policies.

The role requires an active PRC license and readiness to work in underserved communities; EMR experience is preferred and strong communication with patients is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a valid PRC license.
• Updated PRC license or proof of renewal
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health nursing preferred
• Strong knowledge of PhilHealth Konsulta program and data privacy laws
• Proficiency in EMR systems preferred
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities
• Required Certifications: Primary Care Worker, NTP Training, and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
