The Medical City Clinic is seeking a Clinic Manager for SM CDO Downtown to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure efficient clinic performance.

You will plan budgets, enhance patient service, ensure compliance with health protocols, and lead a team to improve processes and patient care.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a valid PRC license and a health allied degree.
• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• At least one year in industrial related work as Manager is preferred.

The Medical City Clinic is looking for a Clinic Manager for SM CDO Downtown. This role oversees the day-to-day management of a clinic ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and monitors financial and business targets according to approved budget


• Develops and monitors customer service standards including processes and systems


• Creates proactive plans to continuously enhance the level of customer service and satisfaction


• Aligns the business on the latest regulatory requirements and national/local public health protocols


• Monitor, improve and document systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness and to enhance the quality of patient care

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of any health allied course, with valid PRC license


• Preferably at least five (5) years work experience in supervisory/managerial level.


• Desirably at least one (1) year industrial related work experience as Manager.
