The Medical City Clinic in Pasig is seeking a results-driven clinic manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure high standards of patient care.

You will lead service delivery, implement customer service processes, and ensure compliance with health protocols while coordinating with teams to optimize workflows and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of health allied course with valid PRC license.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• At least 1 year industrial related work experience as Manager.

About the role

This role oversees the day-to-day management of a clinic ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and monitors financial and business targets according to approved budget
• Develops and monitors customer service standards including processes and systems
• Creates proactive plans to continuously enhance the level of customer service and satisfaction
• Aligns the business on the latest regulatory requirements health protocols
• Monitor, improve and document systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness and to enhance the quality of patient care

Qualification

• Preferably a graduate of any health allied course, with valid PRC license
• Preferably at least five (5) years work experience in supervisory/managerial level
• Desirably at least one (1) year industrial related work experience as Manager
