Qualifications

• Graduate of a health allied course with valid PRC license.

• Desirable at least one year in an industrial-related managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and monitors financial and business targets according to approved budget.
• Develops and monitors customer service standards including processes and systems.
• Creates proactive plans to continuously enhance the level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Aligns the business with latest regulatory requirements and public health protocols.
