Responsibilities

• Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling.
• Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
• Manage and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Must be a College Graduate
• 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/ aesthetic field
• Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
• Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of management.
• A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
• Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
