Job summary

Virtual Business Partners LLC is seeking a Transition Analyst to support growth and client retention by ensuring smooth migrations and accurate data handling within the North transition pipeline.

You will collaborate with the Transition Manager, NBM/BDM, and internal stakeholders, prepare transition packs, review client reports, and produce monthly progress updates while managing multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Financial Planning market, including Compliance, Platforms, Investments, Superannuation, Advice processes.
• Understanding of the financial advice process and adviser obligations.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of North platform and willingness to develop expertise.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative working style.
• Strong presentation and client education capabilities.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Ability to establish targets and goals autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transition packs for Transition Manager and NBM/BDM meetings.
• Review and upload client analysis reports to support the client data analysis process.
• Support the management and tracking of transitions in North.
• Produce monthly practice meeting reports for the Transition Manager.
• Work with the Transition Manager to maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Transition Manager and BDM/NDM to support seamless adviser transitions.
• Manage, track, and escalated adviser administration queries.
