Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client support or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or coaching a client support team.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and deliver positive client outcomes.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Client Support Specialists to meet quality, productivity, and service targets.
• Own client inquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions through to closure.
