Job summary

TerraBarn Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Order Processing professional in Dasmariñas, Philippines. The role centers on serving as the primary contact for order-related matters, managing Sales Order entry, and providing day-to-day client service for an assigned set of accounts.

You will monitor orders until fulfillment, keep clients updated on production status and delivery timelines, and coordinate with production teams to flag delays. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales order processing, or similar client-facing role; manufacturing/printing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor Sales Orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide clients with regular updates on production line status and expected delivery timelines.
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and order changes promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Production/Manufacturing teams to track order progress and flag delays.
• Support Accounts Receivable monitoring by tracking invoices and following up on documentation needs.
• Maintain accurate client and order records in the relevant systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Customer Service Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Key Account Officers/Managers on client-specific requirements.
