About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Client Success Manager – Marketing to take a leadership role across client accounts and our growing agency team.
The individual who fills this role is responsible for the success of the clients they oversee. Our quality of work and client happiness is essential to our business and our CSM’s make that happen.
This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership position combining client success, marketing knowledge, team management, data analysis, and execution.
You’ll serve as a key connection between our clients and internal marketing team, while also helping lead, train, coach, and develop team members.
You’ll be expected to confidently lead client conversations, understand marketing strategy and performance, pull and interpret data, present that data clearly to clients, and turn client goals into measurable, data-driven priorities for the team.
We’re looking for someone who is a critical thinker, self-directed learner, strong communicator, and compassionate leader. You should be comfortable figuring things out independently, making informed decisions, and taking ownership without needing constant direction.
You don't need to personally execute every marketing channel, but you need enough marketing experience to lead clients and the people who do.
Client Success & Account Leadership
- Serve as a primary point of contact for select client accounts
- Build strong relationships with U.S.-based clients
- Confidently lead client calls and presentations
- Gather, analyze and present marketing strategy, performance, data, priorities, recommendations, and next steps
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable priorities for the internal team
- Identify client concerns early and proactively address them
- Manage expectations and communicate clearly when priorities or timelines change
- Ensure clients consistently feel informed, supported, and confident in the team
- Take ownership of client problems and drive them toward resolution
- Represent our agency professionally in all client interactions
- Understand our services offered and Identify opportunities to increase client scope
- Help lead and manage team members across multiple client accounts
- Train and onboard new team members
- Lead with compassion while maintaining clear expectations and accountability
- Coach team members on client communication, account management, organization, and execution
- Understand and manage team’s output and proper time tracking
- Review work and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Identify performance or skill gaps and develop plans to improve them
- Create SOPs, training materials, and processes that help the team operate more effectively
- Delegate responsibilities and follow through to ensure work gets completed
- Help build a culture of ownership, communication, learning, and accountability
- Step in and lead when an account or project needs additional support
Data, Reporting & Performance
- Pull and understand marketing performance data across relevant platforms
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Translate marketing data into clear insights clients can understand
- Confidently present performance data during client calls
- Establish measurable, data-driven goals with clients and specialists
- Track progress toward those goals
- Recognize when performance is off track and ask the right questions to understand why
- Use data and critical thinking to make recommendations and guide decisions
- Work closely with marketing specialists to keep client strategies and campaigns moving
- Understand performance across key digital marketing channels
- Translate specialist recommendations and marketing data into clear client communication
- Coordinate campaigns, creative requests, promotions, launches, and deliverables
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client goals
- Turn client feedback into clear, actionable tasks
- Track deadlines, approvals, assets, blockers, and outstanding items
- Help prioritize work when multiple initiatives are competing for attention
- Independently learn new tools, platforms, and marketing concepts when needed
Account & Agency Operations
- Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Maintain organized project boards, documentation, notes, and account information
- Improve internal workflows, processes, and SOPs
- Support launches, campaigns, promotions, and ad hoc client requests
- Identify blockers and take ownership of getting them resolved
- Proactively solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to provide the answer
- Help improve how the agency manages and communicates across accounts
- Comfortable working with and overseeing your teams’ project management and time tracking tools
What We’re Looking For
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY — excellent spoken and written English is required
- 3–5+ years of experience in client success, account management, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
- Based in Brazil, the Philippines, or Greece
- Previous experience leading, supervising, training, or mentoring team members
- Proven ability to coach people and improve team performance
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable confidently leading calls with U.S.-based clients
- Strong critical-thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently learn new things without needing step-by-step direction
- Ability to lead and develop a team with compassion while maintaining accountability
- Comfortable pulling, understanding, interpreting, and presenting marketing data
- Able to use data to establish goals, measure performance, and guide decisions
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proactive and able to take ownership without constant supervision
You should have a strong working understanding of several areas of digital marketing, including:
- Email & SMS marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Influencer and Affiliate Marketing
- eCommerce / Shopify
- Creative and content workflows
- Marketing analytics and reporting
You do not need to be an expert practitioner in every channel, but you should understand how these channels work together, recognize strong vs. weak performance, understand the data, ask the right questions, and confidently lead conversations with both clients and specialists.

This is a highly client-facing role. The person we hire will regularly lead calls, present information and performance, make recommendations, and represent our agency directly with clients.
