MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee client relationships across multiple projects in a hybrid work setup (2-3 times per week). You will collaborate with teams in Bangladesh and El Salvador, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables and proactive issue resolution.

This role requires 3+ years in high-touch client services, mastery of American English, and occasional travel to the US for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-touch client services environment.
• Mastery of American English—both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery in a multi-shore environment.
• Provide high-touch support for clients across industries.
• Maintain executive level communication with client points of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Bangladesh, El Salvador and US.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with Sales on strategy.
• Handle escalations and resolve client issues with timely follow-up.
