Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Client Solutions Consultant - Software and Application Engineering. You will serve as the SME during client discovery discussions and lead implementations, onboarding, and delivery-readiness for new partnerships.

This role requires 3–5 years in software development and BPO, strong SDLC, Agile, APIs, cloud and security knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across dispersed teams from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in software development, SQA/testing, application support, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, APIs, cloud, and security considerations.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing conversations and coordinate across dispersed teams during ET business hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Software and Application Engineering SME during prospective and existing client discovery discussions.
• Lead implementations, onboarding activities, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, workflow validation, and delivery-readiness for new partnerships.
• Coordinate across clients, delivery centers, recruiting, sales, and account management to manage implementation plans, risks, and timelines.
• Partner with recruiting and operational teams to define job roles, craft evaluations, interview candidates, and support delivery team training.
• Provide post-launch advisory support, investigate complex technical issues, and recommend corrective actions to optimize software delivery.
