Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Solutions Consultant specializing in Software and Application Engineering to act as the SME in client discussions, lead end-to-end implementations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.

You will partner with recruiting and operations to define roles, evaluate candidates, and train delivery teams, while providing post-launch advisory support to optimize software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development, SQA/testing, application support, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of Software & Application Engineering services, SDLC, Agile, APIs, cloud and security.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing conversations, work independently, and collaborate across dispersed teams 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Software and Application Engineering SME during client discovery discussions.
• Lead implementations, onboarding activities, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and delivery readiness.
• Coordinate across clients, delivery centers, recruiting, sales, and account management to manage plans, risks and timelines.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to define roles, craft evaluations, interview candidates, and support delivery training.
• Provide post-launch advisory support, investigate issues, and recommend corrective actions to optimize delivery.
