• Strong English and communication skills, both written and verbal (REQUIRED).
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Direct client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regularly with the client regarding the offshore team's status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by the client or MS.
• Monitor the team's performance and provide coaching.
• Issue corrective actions and manage attendance tracking.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues.
• Report to the Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
• Disseminate information on policies and events to employees.
• Create and maintain schedules for outsourced staff with client coordination.
