Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking an Associate 2 at GCF Level 3 (CSC) to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and to handle inquiries at the Client Service Center. The role includes office management tasks, sales/marketing support, and coordination with backend teams for policy/plan record changes.

You will be responsible for daily cash handling, issuing receipts, and maintaining orderly records across three product lines.

Responsibilities

• Resolves inquiries at the counter in a timely and courteous manner.
• Coordinates with backend support for policy/plan record changes.
• Processes payments and issues official receipts daily.
• Manages petty cash disbursement and replenishment as applicable.
• Supports sales/marketing tasks and prepares daily monitoring reports.
• Maintains office supplies and coordinates logistics for trainings and events.
• Ensures proper documentation and filing of documents for three product lines.
