Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and more in line with bank standards. The role emphasizes accurate and timely processing and customer service.

You will work onsite in Banawe Area and may promote bank products while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome, with preferred Business-related degree and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• At least one year experience in branch operations, but open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting/offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
