Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• At least 1 year of experience in branch operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required and maintains regulatory compliance.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
