Job summary

The Client Service Associate at BDO Unibank handles over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and remittances with accuracy and timeliness, in line with bank standards.

Based onsite in the Taguig/Pateros area, you will deliver helpful customer service, promote bank products where appropriate, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig/Pateros Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
