Qualifications

• Preferably at least one year of branch operations experience.
• Fresh graduates may also be considered for the role.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the bank's clients, including promoting products and services.
• Performs other duties as required and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
