Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other transactions with accuracy and timeliness, in line with the bank's standards.

You will deliver courteous customer service, promote suitable banking products, perform daily start and end-of-day processes, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
