Job summary

BDO Unibank is hiring a Client Service Associate for the Rizal area. The role focuses on accurate, efficient processing of counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and remittances, aligned with bank standards and requirements.

The successful candidate will provide courteous service to clients, promote bank products, and comply with all policies and regulatory requirements. Onsite work in Rizal area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Rizal area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting/offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Job Summary
