Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to process over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and foreign exchange, in line with the Bank's standards.

You will start and end daily banking activities, deliver professional customer service, promote bank products, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and work onsite in Rizal (Antipolo area).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business.
• At least 0–1 year of experience in branch operations, fresh graduates welcome.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Rizal area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the bank’s clients; may include promoting bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Rizal area
