Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Client Service Associate in Mandaluyong to process deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and other over-the-counter transactions with accuracy and speed.

You will join the Branch Banking Group, handle customer inquiries, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with bank policies. Fresh grads welcome; a Business-related degree and clear communication skills are preferred, and onsite work in Mandaluyong is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• At least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
