Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applications for the Client Service Associate-Pool role based in Subic/Olongapo, Zambales.

The position handles over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and other transactions with accuracy and speed, in line with bank standards. Responsibilities include day-end activities, customer service, promoting bank products, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Subic / Olongapo / Zambales area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
