Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its Lucena operations. The role focuses on accurate, efficient processing of deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and other transactions in line with bank standards.

The candidate will deliver professional customer service, promote bank products, and adhere to regulatory requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite work in the Southern Tagalog Area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job or equivalent in business fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of branch operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Southern Tagalog Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients and may promote bank products and services
• Performs other duties as required from time to time
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Southern Tagalog Area
