Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented staff member to process over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions at the Benito Soliven branch in Isabela.

You will ensure accurate service while promoting bank products, and uphold compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Role emphasizes customer service, precise cash handling, and teamwork; onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year experience in branch operations preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Isabela.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank products and services.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Proficiency in Computer and business applications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective interpersonal and people management skills
• Good problem solving and numerical skills
• Willing to work onsite in Isabela - Benito Soliven Branch.
