Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Client Returns Advocate I in Pasig, Philippines, a hybrid role handling post-sales client requests by phone, email, and chat. You will research issues using SAP and vendor sites, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Strong customer service, communication, and basic hardware/software knowledge are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a two-year degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Research and resolve client issues using SAP and vendor sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Insight departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.

About the role

The Client Returns Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. This position willassistboth internal and external clients with their requests via the phone, E-mail, and IM. They willutilizeSAP, manufacturer websites, and vendor websites to research and resolve client issues. The role will also berequiredto interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments. This position will reporttothedepartmentTeam Lead.Key responsibilities:

• 30% Client contact
• 30% Research
• 20% interaction with other Insight departments.
