Job summary

Insight is seeking a Client Operations Specialist in Pasig, Philippines, on a hybrid arrangement. You will support Account Executives with quoting, ordering and account management, plus mailbox and call handling, part requests, reporting, and collections.

The role requires 2–3 years in order management or customer service, a bachelor's degree, and strong English communication skills. A global, people-first tech company offers growth within a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• College Level.
• At least 2–3 years experience in Order management and with a strong background in customer service, operations, IT and other related functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient practices to serve business needs for clients.
• Work on special projects for clients and sales force as needed.
• Prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails.
• Research technical information on product requests and ensure access to procurement.
• Responsible for correct and accurate order processing.
• Prepare, manage and submit sales quotes into the quote entry system.

• Maintain positive interaction with Customer Service /Purchasing on RA/Replacements.
• Keep sales force informed of problems and final resolution.

As a Client Operations Specialist,you will be responsible for providing customer service and managing the sales processes of their assigned Account Executive or team of Account Executives (AE). This involves, but is not limited to: quoting, ordering and account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections. Pre-sales support functions include: pre-qualification of accounts, product pricing, research, configuration and product information.
