Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Retention Executive in Eastwood, Quezon City, to join our hybrid night-shift team. You will analyze customer usage data, identify retention risks, and enable proactive actions with Sales and Customer Success to grow subscriptions.

Reporting to the Global Customer Success Manager, you’ll collaborate with subscriptions, data, marketing, and editorial teams, enhancing performance and driving renewal strategies. Growth and training opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Data Analytics (preferably in SaaS or B2B subscriptions).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting usage metrics and creating reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Domo), and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
• High level computer skills and an ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends within analytics platform and collaborate to improve engagement.
• Monitor and analyse subscription data to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Flag declining engagement early to support proactive retention.
• Highlight new business opportunities to Account Managers and Customer Success team.
• Coordinate outreach and identify value-driven touchpoints.
• Work with Sales to ensure smooth handover and ongoing client success.
• Assist in developing dashboards or visualizations for internal stakeholders to track account health.
• Identify and communicate challenges in platform usage across client segments.
• Turn data insights into clear actions to help the Customer Success team keep customers.
• Collaborate with Data Team to create bespoke reports for client needs.
