Job summary

JPMorganChase invites applications for a Client Service Associate in our Commercial & Investment Banking team based in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig. In this role you will be the primary contact for a client portfolio, delivering solutions and driving service excellence.

You will collaborate with internal teams, apply product knowledge, manage risks, and seek process improvements while maintaining professionalism and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in client service, operations, sales, portfolio management, or financial services
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Developing experience with AI-powered analytics or workflow automation is a plus
