BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to oversee daily lobby operations and support the Branch Head in marketing bank products and services.

You will provide customer service, manage lobby traffic, guide clients to digital channels, approve transactions, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year course / bachelors degree holder.
• With at least three years branch banking experience as an officer (two years of which in Marketing (low counter) and/or Sales of bank products).
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Has effective oral and written communications skills.
• Has good problem solving and numerical skills.
• Has effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Has leadership and effective interpersonal and people management skills.

Job Description:

The Branch Client Relations Officer is responsible for the daily lobby management operations and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank’s and affiliates’ products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance
