BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to lead daily lobby operations and support the Branch Head in driving growth. You will actively market bank and affiliate products, identify client needs, and generate sales leads to strengthen relationships and hit branch sales targets.

The role requires a four-year degree, 3+ years in branch banking (2 in marketing or sales), strong computer skills, and excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year course; Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years branch banking experience as an officer, incl. 2 years in Marketing (low counter) and/or Sales.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Good problem solving and numerical skills.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal/people management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to the bank's clients; actively offer assistance.
• Manage lobby traffic and direct clients to electronic channels.
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
