Job summary

Wing Assistant in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Talent Account Executive to own the accelerated demo-to-staff process. You will run high-impact Google Meet demos and bring two live candidates into every call, avoiding handoff to Talent Acquisition after the demo.

Responsibilities include candidate prep, live introductions, soft-closing deals, and completing all post-demo admin work to move placements forward.

• Conduct discovery and present Wing's value on Google Meet.
• Bring two to three live candidates into the Google Meet for introductions (3-5 minutes).
• Close the sale upon client agreement with the chosen candidate.
• Complete all post-demo administrative work, including CRM updates and Discord coordination.
• Notify Customer Success when a verbal commitment is secured for onboarding.
• Maintain clear, timely communication in Discord throughout the process.
• Apply the accelerated process playbook to improve close rates and speed to staff.

About the Role

The Talent Account Executive owns the full accelerated demo-to-staff process at Wing Assistant.

This role is responsible for converting prospects into clients by running high-impact Google Meet demos and bringing two live candidates into every call so clients experience real Wing talent in real time. Unlike the traditional path, this role does not hand off to Talent Acquisition after the demo.

The Talent Account Executive prepares the candidates, runs the demo, introduces the talent live, soft-closes the deal, and completes all administrative work required to move the placement forward.

What You'll Own

• After studying and understanding customer intake requirements, prepare two to three strongcandidates from the internal organization's pool before every sales demo (briefing, availabilityconfirmation, and role alignment)
• Conduct discovery and present Wing's value on Google Meet
• Bring two to three live candidates into the Google Meet for a short, structured introduction (3-5minutes)
• Close the sale upon confirmation of client agreement with the chosen candidate
• Complete all post-demo administrative work, including internal documentation, CRM updates, and Discord coordination
• Notify Customer Success when a verbal commitment is secured so onboarding can begin
• Maintain clear, timely communication in Discord throughout the process
• Consistently apply the accelerated process playbook to improve close rates and reduce time-to staff

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused sales role.

Success is measured by demo-to-close conversion, speed of placement, and quality of the client experience during the live talent introduction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles (preferably in staffing,recruitment, BPO, or managed services)
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative demos
• Comfortable presenting live candidates to clients and managing real-time interactions
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls
• Highly organized and self-directed - are able to own the full process from preparation throughadministrative close
• Experience using CRM systems and internal collaboration tools (Discord and Hubspotexperience is a plus)
• Able to work onsite in Makati, Philippines and collaborate closely with the sales, talentacquisition, HR, and operations teams
• Fast learner who can follow a defined process while adapting to different client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in virtual assistant, staffing, or recruitment services
• Prior experience closing deals that involve talent matching or candidate introduction
