Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in Account Management and/or Project Management.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing account management roles.
• Experience managing high-value, complex, or customized products/services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, customer relationship management, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Design, Production, Finance, Sales, Fulfillment) for successful project execution.
• Support Account Executives on large-scale custom award projects and manage independent projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and client communications.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Manage customer expectations while delivering exceptional service and outcomes.
• Assist in proposal development, project planning, and implementation activities.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Take ownership of project execution from start to finish.
