Sun Life Financial is seeking a Product Owner to define the strategic vision for the client portal, manage the backlog, and lead cross-functional squads to improve digital client experience and operational efficiency.

The role oversees multiple squads, drives major production issue resolution, and collaborates with Operations, CX, Data, Architecture, and Compliance to deliver end-to-end solutions. Strong ownership and executive communication are essential.

Competenze

5+ years in Product Management, ownership, or related roles.
Experience managing digital platforms or client portals.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint execution.
Experience handling production issues and cross-functional delivery coordination.
Strong communication and executive-level reporting skills.

Mansioni

Own and manage the product roadmap, priorities, and backlog for the client portal.
Drive resolution of major production issues and client-impacting defects with urgency.
Coordinate with Operations, CX, Data, Architecture, Compliance, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Ensure platform stability and operational readiness during releases and migrations.
Manage tradeoffs across scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
Lead governance discussions, status reporting, and executive updates.
Monitor platform performance, client feedback, and adoption metrics for improvements.
Support migration, authentication, and access management initiatives.
