Aleph is recruiting a Client Partner for Reddit Ads in the Philippines, based in BGC, Taguig. You will drive new business, identify and close opportunities with brands and media agencies, and build a strong pipeline for Reddit Ads locally.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in media or digital ad sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, KPI-driven mindset, ready to contribute to a fast-growing, global team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or related fields.
• Hunter mindset with proven ability to unlock new business.
• Experience with Reddit Ads or agency relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition with a hunter mindset.
• Identify, pitch, and close opportunities with brands and agencies.
• Build and grow a strong advertiser pipeline for Reddit Ads.
