Job summary

Aleph is recruiting a Client Partner for Reddit Ads in the Philippines, based in BGC, Taguig. You will drive new business, identify and close opportunities with brands and media agencies, and build a strong pipeline for Reddit Ads locally.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in media or digital ad sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, KPI-driven mindset, ready to contribute to a fast-growing, global team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Client Partner to join our Reddit Ads team in the Philippines — a driven, commercially sharp sales professional with a hunter mindset who is passionate about building new business from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in media sales, digital advertising sales, or business development who wants to grow their career in the Philippines' fast-expanding digital advertising and agency ecosystem based in BGC, Taguig.

What You Will Do

• Drive new business acquisition with a strong focus on hunting and prospecting.
• Identify, pitch, and close opportunities with brands and agencies.
• Build and grow a strong pipeline of advertisers for Reddit Ads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and media agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, ad sales, or related fields
• Strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to unlock new business
• Experience in media sales or digital ad sales is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and the programmatic/social media landscape
• Agency relations experience (media agency or advertising agency background) is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented, KPI-driven environment
