Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking an Orchestrator of Onboarding & Compliance to own the client journey, manage onboarding workflows, and ensure timely compliance lodgments.

You will coordinate with Australian accountants, monitor WIP and billing, and handle corporate secretarial tasks using XPM, CAS360, BGL or Karbon, plus strong English communication.

The role requires 2–5 years of mandatory Australian accounting firm experience and a detail-oriented, multitasking mindset.

Qualifications

• The Experience: 2-5 years of mandatory experience working in or directly supporting an Australian accounting firm.
• The Mindset: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• You are a detail-oriented multitasker who can balance complex admin workflows and time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding workflows and compliance documentation for Australian clients.
• Manage reminders, follow-ups, and project updates with timely communications.
• Handle ASIC functions, lodgments, and maintain corporate registers to keep entities in good standing.
• Monitor WIP and firm billing statuses; coordinate with Australian accountants and onshore/offshore teams.
